Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ghiterigag.digital or engaging Ghiterigag Digital for services, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit inquiries. These terms apply to visitors in the Republic of Korea and internationally unless local law requires otherwise.
Services Description
Ghiterigag Digital provides marketing consultancy focused on mobile app user acquisition, store optimization, onboarding design support, and cohort reporting. Deliverables are described in individual statements of work. Informational prices on this site are not binding offers until confirmed in writing.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information, maintain security of credentials shared with us, and use the site lawfully. You must not attempt to disrupt site operation, scrape content at scale, or misrepresent affiliation with Ghiterigag Digital.
Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Ghiterigag Digital unless assigned in a signed agreement. Client materials you provide remain yours; you grant us a limited license to use them for contracted work.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, Ghiterigag Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or consultancy services. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Gyeonggi-do, Korea, unless mandatory consumer protections require a different forum.
Termination
We may suspend site access or decline engagements for conduct that violates these terms or creates operational risk. Provisions on intellectual property, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.
Modifications
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated via email when feasible. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of non-material updates.
