Refund & Cancellation
Scope
This policy applies to paid acquisition plans and consultancy engagements purchased from Ghiterigag Digital. Informational prices on the website are subject to signed agreements.
Eligibility Window
For standard remote programs, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of payment if no deliverable workshops or custom audits have started. Once kickoff materials are delivered, partial refund rules apply.
Full Refund Conditions
Full refunds are issued when cancellation occurs before scheduled kickoff and no substantial work has been performed. Written notice to [email protected] is required.
Partial Refunds
If work has begun, refunds are calculated based on completed milestones documented in the statement of work. Completed workshops, audits, and delivered templates are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-party media spend, software licenses purchased on your behalf, and rush fees labeled non-refundable in your agreement are excluded.
Process
Email [email protected] with your company name, invoice number, and reason. We respond within five business days and process approved refunds within fourteen business days.
Consumer Rights in Korea
Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable Korean consumer laws for eligible transactions. Distance contracts may allow withdrawal within seven days for certain digital services unless exceptions apply.
