Acquisition parameters often stop at the MMP. Lifecycle tools then send generic welcomes, wasting the segment signal you paid to collect.
We recommend a shared dictionary: creative ID, funnel stage, and platform land in CRM as structured fields, not free text. The dictionary is boring work, but it unlocks holdout tests on messaging tied to actual entry paths.
Start with three fields your teams already argue about. Expand only after those are stable in exports.
If your ESP cannot ingest fields automatically, schedule a weekly CSV bridge until API work is prioritized. Imperfect sync beats generic blasts.
